Author Guidelines

1. Standard Article Processing Charges (APC):

• Libyan Researchers: 500 LYD (for one or two authors).

• International Researchers: 100 USD.

2. Digital Deliverables:

• Review Notification: Authors receive a "Peer-Review Result Notification" immediately upon acceptance.

• Publication Certificate: A "Digital Publication Certificate" is issued in (PDF & JPG) formats after the official release of the issue.

• Optional Services: English-language certificates or individual certificates for each co-author can be requested for an additional fee.

3. Hard Copies and Shipping:

• Authors may request physical copies of the review documents and publication certificates (with original stamps and signatures).

• Authors are responsible for expedited shipping costs via (DHL). Multiple authors from the same country may share the same shipping package to reduce costs.

4. What do these fees cover?

• Professional management of the peer-review process.

• Professional linguistic and spelling editing.

• Indexing in international academic databases.

• Long-term digital archiving to ensure research accessibility.
