Reviewer Selection & Membership Criteria
To maintain the highest scholarly standards, the Journal relies on a distinguished pool of experts. Peer reviewers are selected based on the following rigorous criteria:
1. Professional and Ethical Standards:

Integrity and Objectivity: Reviewers must demonstrate absolute honesty, scientific integrity, and impartiality.

Punctuality: A commitment to completing the review process within the deadlines set by the Editorial Board.

Specialized Expertise: Mastery of a narrow scientific specialty and staying current with its latest developments.

Academic Rank and Experience: Reviewers must hold the rank of (Assistant Professor) or higher and have a proven track record of reviewing at least 10 manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.

Constructive Feedback: The ability to provide precise, professional, and constructive critiques that assist authors in improving their work.

Confidentiality: Strict adherence to the journal’s privacy policy and the double-blind peer review protocols.
2. Cooperation and Partnerships:

The journal recognizes and utilizes the accredited reviewers’ list from the Libyan Association for E-Learning.

Accredited reviewers are entitled to benefit from the various services and privileges offered by the journal in recognition of their academic contributions.

Communication is facilitated through the official channels of the publisher.
3. Membership and Certification Requirements: Applicants wishing to join the review board and obtain a reviewer certificate must submit:

Valid identification and official academic credentials.
