Author Self-Archiving Policy

The Journal encourages authors to self-archive versions of their published works, believing in the importance of expanding the dissemination of scientific knowledge and balancing journal rights with the researcher's right to share their work.

1. Permitted Versions for Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted to share the following versions in digital repositories (such as ResearchGate, personal, or institutional websites):

  • Pre-print Version: The initial manuscript before peer review. Sharing is allowed provided it is mentioned that the work is under review by the journal.

  • Accepted Manuscript: The version that has passed peer review and incorporated revisions. Immediate sharing is allowed with zero embargo period.

  • Published Version (Version of Record): The final formatted version of the journal. Immediate sharing is allowed upon publication, with a preference for sharing the official DOI link to ensure accurate citation tracking.

2. Conditions for Self-Archiving:

  • Source Acknowledgment: Authors must clearly state that the work is published in the Journal, including the volume, issue, year, and the official link.

  • Non-Commercial Use: Archiving must be for scholarly and research purposes only; any commercial or profit-making use is strictly prohibited.

  • License Compliance: Authors must adhere strictly to the (CC BY-NC 4.0) "Attribution-NonCommercial" license.
